Fall 2026- Spring 2027 Comp Teams

RHAM Youth Soccer Competition Team Evaluations for the 2026-2027 season

Open to all residents of Andover, Hebron and Marlborough

Players selected for a competitive team roster are assigned to that team for a full year (Fall 2026 & Spring 2027)

We will hold traditional evaluation/tryouts for all incoming U9 & U10 players.

Here is the schedule for evaluations this year (all evals will be held at Lower Blackledge Field in Marlborough):

Monday 6/8 5:15- 6:30 pm- All incoming U9 girls
Monday 6/8 6:45- 8:00 pm- All incoming U10 girls

Tuesday 6/9 5:15- 6:30 pm- All incoming U9 girls
Tuesday 6/9 6:45- 8:00 pm- All incoming U10 girls

Wednesday 6/10 5:15- 6:30 pm- All incoming U9 boys
Wednesday 6/10 6:45- 8:00 pm- All incoming U10 boys

Thursday 6/11 5:15- 6:30 pm- All incoming U9 boys
Thursday 6/11 6:45- 8:00 pm- All incoming U10 boys

Friday 6/12 - Makeup Day

U11-U15 will need to register as well. For U11-15 tryouts will occur during their practice.

Coaches will contact all new players to invite them to attend a training.

Evaluators will be made up of past and present RHAMYS soccer coaches from several different age groups, high school coaches, and local soccer trainers.

The number of teams for each age group will be determined by the number of players who register. For example, if 24 players are registered for U9, the group would end up as 2 teams (with potentially some players still recommended for a rec team based on what makes the most sense for a player's individual skill development). This will be determined after the evaluations, once we know how many players are in attendance.

Players MUST be registered in order to participate in evaluations. This is important, because all weather-related announcements/emails or other changes to the schedule will go out using the registration portal on the website. Please register at rhamyouthsoccer.org.

In fairness to all of the children in the club, please make every possible effort to attend an evaluation day. Your player does not need to attend both of their slotted days, but we cannot offer your child a spot on a comp team if they do not attend an evaluation. We recommend attending both nights, because it means more touches on the ball, and more opportunities to showcase your skills.

After evaluations have been completed, team rosters will be created based upon evaluations, and those teams will be placed in their appropriate districts.

Comp Team selections will be finalized by June 21st, and team emails will go out to families. All players will be expected to accept or decline their spots by June 28th. Please be aware, this will be a full year commitment (fall and spring) and fees reflect this. If this commitment does not fit with your family schedule, our recreational teams sign up every season, so that may be a great option for your family and player.

There is NO FEE to participate in evaluations.
